i thnk the inspector was kidding although i did not go to the link.
If the provider has a website an email address and is reviewed here on TER I will accept a reference from any country as long as she is those thing i mentioned , willing to return your email and actually verify the potential client. I require more than one reference personally but where they live means little to nothing to me after all even if she speaks and writes in chinese google has translation available .Good luck to you ,Lianna

The laws are different in Canada than in the USA. I'm a newbie with zero refrences but am going to canada and planning to share time with some canadian providers. Some of these CA providers are reviewed on TER. Will ladies that require basic +1 accept a ref from a CA provider?

Have to follow those bilingual laws in Canada.
