Swim is correct. The best way to get a review on TER is to see a TER member. The best way to meet a TER member is to advertise on TER. You can post an ad on your regional ad board. You can post photos on the photo only board. You can also join discussions on regional or general discussion boards. Get yourself known on TER and a TER member will take a chance on you and write a review.
Read the TER Instruction Manual. (The top thread on this page) Read all of it, but especially the information for providers, and definitely read the Provider Ad Posting Guidelines before posting an ad on TER. If you have questions about posting an ad or anything else after reading the manual please come back here to the newbie board and ask them. People are happy to answer here. Please don’t ask a question in the manual. If something you read there confuses you, start a new thread here, rather than posting a reply to those 10 year old threads.
