Hi everyone.  I just found this site and it's great.  

I've never called a provider but I'm doing my research and will be doing so in the near future =)  I found a link in one of the discussion boards but lost it.  It was a great walkthrough of exactly what to do from beginning to the end.  Too bad I lost It.  Does anyone know what I'm talking about?  Thanks

thanks...those were great tips, but not exctly the one i was looking for.  the one i had before had a pink background i think
