What refs do you have if you've new and have none yet. Looking at some of the K-Girls. I call 3 different ones with there review saying they pick up the phone or voice mail. All three had a message saying the person your trying to reach has a mailbox that has not been set up yet. How and what is a booker? All the review I read mention a booker, is he or she the one the vouches for your to a provider. How and where do you get one? Someone please let me know how does a newbie get references.

if you are, the K girl world  operates somewhat differently than indies. My suggestion, is to read the LA board, you'll need to do a search for the subject  "k girl". Go back 360 days and look for posts on how to break into the k girl world. I would recommend you DON"T ask any questions, otherwise you'll probably get flamed,  everything is there for you to find.  

A booker, does just that, books the appointments and does the screening for the k girl. Most, not all k girls have a difficult time with English. Also they tend to be somewhat busy during the day, so the booker takes care of all the business side of escorting for them.  

You might try texting as well, some prefer text to calls. Also there are a number of indie Asian escorts in LA and OC, if you can get to see one of them, they may provider a reference to a booker. However, bookers will normally not take refs from outside the k girl scene. And be nice to the booker, some of them do network with other bookers.

They don't even accept the traditional provider references, but only accept a ref from another K girl booker. That is what they mean by a booker. If you've never seen one, you're not going to unless you know some guy who is in good with them.

Im a provider and also new and no well known ladies are wiling to give client references to me because I have no internet identity yet. How does a person get "UN-New"? (LOL)

Too many wives try the "I am a new provider" shit in order to get a confirmation that her hubby saw an escort. That's all we are trying to protect anyone from. I would never give a ref to someone asking about a guy's real name, and real number who was new, but if he has a TER handle, P411, etc. most certainly. I would also contact said client before doing this to make sure he was trying to see that provider, before I gave her any info.

Absolutely!  I always tell my gentlemen friends, to either give me quick call, or to bcc me, when he lists me as a reference, so I know the request is genuine.

   I never, ever, give an okay to an escort, via phone.

Just about every provider I have dealt with - or considered dating requires for screening 1-2 provider references; they ask for the lady's website and email and sometimes for phone.
For you to be taken seriously in today's world you need to establish yourself online (i.e. website), you also need to garner some reviews on TER (or other boards) that can be linked to you.
Also, you need to be on one (or more) verification services: date-check, p411, RS2k, whichever are most common in your market. Potential clients screen you (at least the smart ones) and providers will also screen you before giving you a reference for one of their clients (at least the smart one, like London). We all have to protect each other.

It is so hard to get clients when brand new. I had 30 reviews(over 4 months) on an inferior public forum but some-one there had a stick up their backside and they went "puff" over the weekend. I have to start all over but I am so glad to find this forum as it is more professional, fair and classy..I emailed date-check today and have not heard back from them but hoping for the best. I have a website and advertise on many sites. Must be more frustrating for the newbie hobbyist to want to see a provider and be shocked by being turned down..Wow.....Cannot even imagine what that feels like.
 
 

Even though you don't have reviews here yet you can use TER to get known. Use the ad board for your region. Read how to put up ads. How to post pictures. What is required to be able to link your web site to your ad here. Take part in the photo threads on your local board. The Self-Help Center has all the info on how that works.
