Safe Hotels in DC ?

Could anyone tell me where to stay in Dc area? a safe hotel please? For me a safe hotel is a 4-5 stars BUSY hotel.

oh yeah.. you are right... i am new sorry...The gvmt should save the money they spend in chasing this industry and invested in other areas...
