I just started this great hobby this year and just wanted some pointers from more seasoned members and also from providers. As a newbie I have basically no references so any tips to get providers more comfortable in seeing a newbie would be appreciated.

of P411? If not, that is one of the best way for providors to check your references and if you are legit. Joining P411 is easy and quick. Good luck!

You need references to see quality providers, but to get those references you need to have already seen other quality providers. So right now I'm stuck in a circular loop. I will definitely look into p411 to see if that can help. Thanks for the tip.

Then you will be on your way.
Or, if you present yourself well, you might get lucky and have a lady agree to meet you who doesn't advertise as newbie friendly.  That's how I got my start.
