This may just be me being a little paranoid, but I'm about to see a relatively new provider in my city (though she does have a couple of reviews) for an incall session in a couple of days. I e-mailed her from the site, she sent back her phone number, but when I called her, she would only give me the directions to a major intersection NEAR her, then told me to call her when I get to that point. Is that normal at all? Thanks for any help you give me.

Yes very normal . It is for her protection. In case a client cancels. That way she can feel safe knowing she didn't give out the exact address. No need to worry. Alot of girls will do that.
Good luck!!

It's important that the provider feels very safe. I do it that way, myself :)

And this is merely common sense on the provider's part.  It keeps the provider's address unknown until it is actually needed.  For the providers who work out of hotels, it is mandatory simply because she certainly will not know the room number until the day anyways.

In fact if I were to book a provider and she game me her true address days before I was seeing her, it would set off a red flag in my head.

Bottom line: Standard operation procedure..  Nothing to worry about.

In addition, when you call from the intersection she told to call from she will know approximately how far away you are and how long it will be before you arrive.

Just as a point of information do you know you can't call a cell phone from a pay phone?(if you try you get a recorded message saying the number you are dialing cannot be reached on this telephone)

I learned this the hard way...I'm one of those living in the dark ages(no cell phone myself) and the lady I was to see had only given me her cell number...once I got close to her hotel I was to call her...this is when I discovered my problem

I had to beg a clerk in a store by the hotel to use the company phone to get her room number

Anyone know if this is the same all around the country or just in WI?

just in wisconsin.  I've called cell phone numbers from pay phones many times.

Why just Wisconsin?

It wasn't just the one pay phone I tried either...I tried several all this the same result(at first I thought it was HER cell phone number that was wrong somehow)

Once I got a regular phone her number worked and I got a hold of her

This has happened to me since then too

Yes, I'm a provider and the girl cannot give her address out then you don't show up and you have her address?  You could be anyone.  She needs to make sure your really coming.

I didn't see any of the girls put this reason so here goes:

aside from the obvious reasons for not giving your address until the last minute, I will ask my client what kind of car he is driving. Then I will have him park his vehichle in a business parking lot that I can see from my living room window. This allows me to see if he is driving what he said he was and get a look at him for possible LE activity or just some weirdo in general. He is totally unaware of my visibility and his car is not parked directly in front of my place. Works for me!

Yes , providers always do that, in case the guy doesn't show up he doesn't have her address, even when i do incalls at hotel, i will make him call me to ask for room number when he gets to the hotel.
