Yes.  Typically, the clock is running if you're using their time.  That includes shower time, and may even include your driving time if you are late.

Some providers start the clock at the appointed session start time.  If you aren't there, oh well.  You reserved the time, and she can't sell it to anybody else at that point.  There is no guarantee that the time AFTER your scheduled appointment is available, so extending your session time beyond that which was scheduled may not be possible, and usually isn't.

My rules for me:
1.  Be on time.
2.  Shower before I arrive.
3.  Leave on time.

All three show respect for the lady and her time.

I have only done outcalls - but am interested in doing an incall. I realize, from various reviews, that you are "supposed" to shower when you get to the room. Is it a full shower, head-to-toe, just the body? And when you're finished with the session, can you/do you shower again? I am concerned that a mid-afternoon rendez-vous might get picked up by fellow employees, if I show up at the office with a wet head?

I shower thoroughly immediately before a session, and usually again upon arrival (mainly to satisfy the lady). You get better service if the lady knows you're squeeky clean.
