I believe that it means that all the services that this provider is generally willing to provide are included in the price quoted.  Or in other words, she is not one of those who offer only conversation about the weather for their advertised  rate of $$$, and spring on you the nasty surprise of requiring an additional $$$ if you should happen to be among those very rare customers who want & expect something more, such as FS.

"All inclusive" is a good thing, but it is not an explicit or positive guarantee of any particular service or level of service.  And if a provider's ad does NOT say "all inclusive," that does not necessarily mean that she's the type who will ask you to reopen your wallet every time you want to get one degree friendlier; she may well be the good kind who cannot even imagine doing business in such a grasping and underhanded manner.

Many women lie to manipulate and rob you.
"All inclusive" should include having your ears s**ked inside out and a good pony ride with multi-pops, but many scammers use those words to suck you in, but not off, so to speak.
I beware of any vix who says ""all inclusive." She'll look you in the eye and tell you that means TO HER a handshake, a covered whack.

Expect many if not most providers to lie and manipulate.
That's a major "given."

Take the time to study TER reviews and learn how to research parameters of interest. THAT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT - RESEARCH.
It is invaluable simply to read every review from your town of interest. Then you will know something instead of nothing. Knowledge is power - the power to obtain scintillating sexual satisfaction.

There are enough well reviewed women in the TER database to satisfy the lifetime needs of most men.
Unfortunately, most men are too lazy and vain to use these tools of the Internet.
