I have been watching the reviews on a couple of providers and note that the "Modified" date often changes, but no new review has posted.  How does this happen?  What would cause this date to change without a new review?  Does that mean a review has been submitted for that date, but not yet posted?   Thanks for your patience with a newbie question.

another anomaly that may be related to time/date-stamps is that some folks reviews (including mine) sometimes get re-sorted in different (date) order and then quickly revert back to normal!

My guess is that a change has been made to the profile even though there may not be a new review, perhaps due to a problem report.  Post your question to the Suggestion and Policy board and you should be able to get staff to answer this for you.
