Not sure if its volume or what but this happens now and then. Unless it happens over and over then I wouldn't worry about it.

Re: Click on "Account Manager" and then "My Reviews" There

should be a reason for why your review was not approved.  If it still has the "edit" tag next to it, it hasn't been considered yet.  If you want to know specifically what you can do to fix it if it has been unapproved, then click on "Review Questions" (it'll be a few links below "My Reviews") and ask TER for specifics.  Make sure you include a link to the unapproved review within your request.
