You are correct, when setting up an appt. with a provider they are not going to discuss anything explicit for several reasons. However, after you meet her and get acquainted, she will probably ask you what you like and "talking dirty" is certainly not unusual, I think most providrs will even talk dirty back to you if that is what you like.
