If you live in a small city then you may have to travel to a larger city. In the south, Atlanta has a robust provider environment, go to the Exotics or EROS sites for that city and look around, New Orleans is also good but not as good as Atlanta.
Hey, I'm new so bear with me. I just recently ended a long relationship and want to have some make up for lost time sex. The thing is I only want a few young(LEGAL) white girls. But, I have no experience with them. I'm black and have only been with balck women. I also work at a black college and can get all the young black girls I want. Sorry..I can't offer a recommendation. Your message just made me jealous. You can get all the black young (legal) girls you want. Here I am, a middle-aged white male who likes black women who would love to be in your situation. I guess the grass truly is always greener elsewhere.

Also, don't forget to do your homework with reviews. You should also call the provider or agency to insure that you will be seen. You may also want to avoid incalls, better to have someone come to your hotel (if traveling) or home (if local). All of the items above are there because I made mistakes on each during my last business/hobby trip.
I do use TER to find good black providers. Unfortunately most of the good ones are usually in their upper 20s. I like the sisters who are around 18-19....unfortunately at that age they are usually just out for the bucks and dont really give good service. My envy comes from him being able to get all the young sisters he wants.
What you should do is find the TER reviews for your area then check each out to see whether the provider being reviewed fits your desires. If the reviews are good then what you should then do is contact the provider or provider's agency and ASK whether she will meet with you, some will not but some will. Asking up front beats having the person show up at your door only to leave.
