im new and im trying to see the date on review how do i do that

it's listed ... click on my reviews link (upper right) and you'll see dates (in month/year) for each view -- for example

but sometimes the exact date (month) is off by a few (or more) for several reasons

From the Review Posting Guidelines:

9.  Each review must recount a visit that took place within the last three months in order to be timely. A lot can change with a provider – even in this relatively short amount of time.

A reviewer could submit a review today. The date would show as OCT 2003 but the visit may have occured in August.
