From the Review Posting Guidelines:

9.  Each review must recount a visit that took place within the last three months in order to be timely. A lot can change with a provider – even in this relatively short amount of time.

A reviewer could submit a review today. The date would show as OCT 2003 but the visit may have occured in August.

it's listed ... click on my reviews link (upper right) and you'll see dates (in month/year) for each view -- for example
