Sorry Steavo, given your situation, you are bound for road trips, or need to do something desparate to restore the trust of the ladies in SLC.  If I were in your situation, I would send an e-mail to all of the ladies you contacted, or would hope to contact, revealing your real name, address, home phone number, employer, and the switchboard number at work, asking them to check you out.  I would be willing to do this because I live alone, have no kids, no SO, etc.  I understand that your situation may be otherwise.  Still, if the ladies of the community believe you are a cop, your only hope of having fun at home is to prove to them that they are wrong!!!

Now the important lessons to be learned...

1) If you don't know your cell phone number (which I don't) always write it down and have it in front of you when you contact a lady.

2) If it has been a while since you saw the lady you are using as a reference, send her an e-mail asking if she minds your using her as a reference.  Politely and discreetly describe something of your visit that she might remember.

3) Don't ever mention price in initial e-mails.  Steveo suggested that he was shopping around, not a good thing.  Only after the appointment is confirmed, would I ask if the if the donation listed in her ad, or TER profile, is correct and current, so that neither of us is embarrased.

4) Plan ahead!!!  Just because her ad says she is available Tuesdays, doesn't mean you can book her for 7 pm at 5 pm on any given Tuesday.  These ladies are real people with real lives.  They aren't waiting by the phone for your call.  If nothing is scheduled, they go on with their normal lives.  Plan your visits a few days ahead.

5) The ladies of the hobby back-channel information at least as much, but probably more than the men do, so always behave yourself.

Are these girls that you contacted independents or agency girls? If they were indies,you might want to try an agency or even the yellow pages just to get you back in good with the escort community.Also,write a review on the experience so that you can show them some proof that you're not a cop.Also,you said you had references......go see them first to reaquaint yourself with them.......or even just one of them so that you've got a girl to recommend you.Then,in the future,do your window shopping first while checking the prices.Make a list of the girls you wish to see as far as first choice,second choice...etc.Contact them several days in advance.Have your phone # written down.When and if they call back and you decide to make an appt.with one of them,even if they aren't your first choice,keep the appt.You'll have plenty of chances to bag your first choice in the future,meanwhile,you've got a reference in your back pocket.Also,you might want to cruise CL.A lot of girls there don't require references.It's bottom of the barrel,but you've fallen off the ladder.And the only way back up is starting at the bottom rung.
