The infamous Paulie Walnuts, king of reviews, often uses the term "snow cone" in his writing. While the context gives me a general idea of what it is would someone be bold enough to describe it a little more in detail?

I'm not sure you will find 'snow cone' but you will find 'snowball'.  Assuming they are the same, snowballing refers to the act of cumming in a ladies mouth and then she, without swallowing, transfers the gift from her mouth to your mouth (or another lady's) during a deep kiss.
