What is the right way to provide the gift to the girl when she arrives. My question is triggered because of a rip-off experience I had recently. I was told the agency fee was $145/hr and $100 for 2nd hour. Reading the review, I found out that the girl charges $275 for FS. So, I gave her a tips of $300 for each hour and $145 and $100 for the agency all up front in one envelope. Later I found out that she had no condom on her and was hoping I would have had it with me. The session lasted not more than 15 minutes and she left because she claimed that I have no supplies and she does not either, so we split.

How could I have avoided this kind of a rip-off? Can some one experienced shed some light so feature newbie's dont get ripped-off like this.

First off, f*ck the gift.  Those are for providers you have used before who you know will show you a good time.  They are a symbol of appreciation.
The fact that you so readily agreed to such an outrageous fee arrangement betrayed your newbie status.  It was a cry that said, 'Pleeeze  Rip Me OFF big time.'  But don't despair.  It has happened to most of us.
Do this instead.  Get a VIP membership here.  Don't use another agency, they don't do the homework you should.  Look at recent reviews in your area, peruse eros, Craig's List, etc and then check for reviews for those providers.  Do not pick someone with less than 5 solid reviews or, if less, make sure those reviewers are credible. You can do this by clicking on their handles to see how many reviews they've done.  If your gal is the only review they have, take a pass.

how do you find independent with this service

I think the advice above is reasonably good, however there are a number of agencies who provide very good service.

I am not certain where you live but in the Dallas area I can highly recommend two agencies I have used with excellent results.

But doing your homework ahead of time as suggested is very important. It will almost certainly assure you a much better experience and help you avoid being ripped off.

As suggested, get a VIP account on this site (or another reputable place) look around at what the girls are charging...  You'll see debate about this but it seems that the low end of the rates that independets charge is about in line with your *total* payment at an agency.  also, you can discuss and make sure that you intend to use all the time paid for up front.  Maybe you get a  massage to finish off the session or whatever.  But the more clear your understanding is with the provider the less chance of bad feelings.
