While it's never wise to ask a lady to compromise her standards, lots of them will work around references.  Your best bet is to explain yourself as a newbie, and offer to provide other information to make her feel comfortable.

Don't look for ladies that SAY they don't screen.  On the unlikely event that you find it, it's a bad place for a newbie to go.

I frequented a massage parlour and got to know the receptionist there very well by bringing her little gifts now and then and making small talk with her.

When I decided to take the plunge into on line escorts, I asked and she gave permission to use her as a reference.  The provider was very satisfied with her as a reference.

Start with well-reviewed ladies who sound like real reasonable folks.  If you are trying for the real high-spirited providers right out of the gate you are asking for challenges.  

Be forthright with them about your newbie status.  We willing to offer all the verification information they need (and you can bear).  

Also, if the providers in your area utilize verification/reference services (check your local / regional boards) like Preferred411, see about signing on with one of them for basic verification.  Once you start getting the referrals the referral services make it easier for the ASPs to check.

Some of women will either stand you up, or not return your emails or calls without references because they have enough lined up with them. I have experienced these and do not take them personally now.

That said I have finally got an appointment in the next few days with a well reviewed young lady who took my job as a reference.

It is more of a workaround but she seems to be worth the extra money and effort to see.  Two agencies also took my job as a reference, one of them leaving a message there (posing as a dental office) so I could return the call. In my case I have a website with me on there so it might have been easier to verify.

I would just keep looking and do not lower your standards just to get a reference.  It might take the fun out of it for you if you get someone who gives you an unsatisfactory experience.
