I checked some new reviews out and one just posted on 2-2-07 yet the latest review was dated 2004. Would someone tell of what use that is?
Is there a time frame for submitting reviews?

Until someone who knows what the hell they are talking about comes along,
As I understand it, it makes the new reviews list when there is a change in the profile.  Likely someone submitted a problem report.
Or I could be all wet.
