i have never used a provider. these agencies that seem to have a large staff and incall, are they safe. how can i tell if it is a rip off or worse. can anyone recomend any

Spend the $ and get a VIP membership.  Then, see only ladies with at least 3-5 reviews by guys who also have multiple reviews.  This should give you a high degree of comfort but there are no guarantees.

First thing you need to do is sit down and think hard about whether you should become a hobbyist. The pursuit can be addictive to those that do not have the self control to handle it. Certify that you can handle the activity before jumping in head first.
Second, get a VIP membership and read reviews for your city - or the nearest large one. Once you do that, you will be taking chances only when you want to.

it is very easy to mess up up you life, your job, your finances, and your family (even if you are single with no kids, like me) in this hobby.
