It is amazing to see all the posts that are against me when the provider refused to test but I have had 5 tests. She could have cleared this up easily if she cared about her clients. Yes my sore throat developed early on but that was followed by dirreah, nasuea and headaches two weeks after that i have had for 4 weeks and the STD that can cause that is hiv. Now it is very clear that some of the posters that respond are the provider herself and pals. So you all can keep bashing me but I am not the one who claims they are disease free and will not test.

What upset me is that you said she has this but you dont even know for sure. It is innocent till guilty. First I and the ladies I know test me every 3 months. But you have said over and over that you were tested and they have found nothing. HIV doesn't show up that quickly. But I do feel sorry for the lady ,you must have made her crazy by now. When you find out it is stress or the flu do you think the emotional roll coaster you put her though a simple I am sorry will cover it? How will you make amends then, if you are wrong? I give bbbj. Do you know there has been no cases of HIV passed that way . The risk is there but to date according to my doctor and the place where I test it has yet. Other things yes can be passed more easily. But you been tested for those. Stop trying to make people fearful. Wait and see your test and if you have hiv then scream because you will be the first from what you did.

redheadedbbw it's good that you and your provider friends test but I am the only provider that tests that I know of. Many of them not only do not test but go from man to man unwashed. There were complaints about one of them who smelled like "sex" and she never washed when she got home. A nother provider I was friends with showed up at a guy's house with her jeans bloodied because she never washed them when she didn't wash them after she started her period in them. Many time I want to say something to these guys because I know they have spouses but legally I can get in trouble if I tell someone the person they are about to sleep with has a disease. I know one now who has tricimonia(sp) and is active in providing and my girlfriend has some kind of infection that she keeps getting but I dont' know what it's from. I can understand this gentleman being upset and afraid for his health. I also don't see the big deal of her testing. I do but why do so many providers not see it as a big deal.

Unless you are providing health care for the ladies in question, there is no "legal" problem with you contacting potential clients of the lady in question and informing them of that.  HIPPA prevents health-care professionals from this, but not ordinary citizens.  If my mother wanted to spread stories of my health, she could legally do so all she wanted.  She may be guilty of slander - but I would have to sue to prove it, and it's not really worth it.
