For example if you remove it yourself, there is still lots of semen on your penis. Then when she goes to put on the condom for round two , it can inadvertently get coated with some of it...
No risk I can see if you remove it yourself. I usually do it but it's fine with me if she does. It depends on which position we were in when I finished who does it.
