Here's a noobie question... Why is it that when I look up a provider and the most recent dates come up (let's say for example today's date.. 12/23/04); and I click on the date to see what was said about the provider... Why does it have months like November 2004, October 2004, etc?  I mean how is it that a provider's review is modified on 12/23/04 yet has a "most recent" review date of November 2004?  Does it take that long for reviews to post?  Sorry.. Just want to know..
Thanks

The hobbyist choose the month that the visit took place. Hobbyists write reviews for sessions done in November during December. The session month selected by the hobbyist becomes the official review month. Once a review is submitted, it can be revised. The revision could have happened because the hobbyist forgot something on the first submission or it can happen because he saw the provider a second time and is doing a review for the second session. A hobbyist can have only one review for each provider seen. If he sees one many times and want to review each time he sees her, he has to submit a revised review.

The date of the review is the date it was posted. It will be about a session that previously occurred. TER allows you to review sessions that took place over the past three months. Some people may write about a recent session while it is fresh in their mind. Others may not get to do it until later, or may choose to view the session in perspective after some time has passed.

A hobbyist can have more than one review on a provider...look at the reviews and you'll see many providers have more than one review from the same person.

What you can't do is get VIP credit by reviewing the same provider more than once.

I recently had a review rejected because it was "inconisistent", yet the button next to it now reads "view" -- there is no way I can see to "revise" (edit) it.

How do you manage to "revise" a review? I'm not web-newbie, but I can't figure out how to do it.
