Since you say the review you have now is a double, am I correct in thinking the guy used her profile to post the review with? You may have to wait for a review of you only to get it linked to your handle.

Thanks for letting us know what you found. See You around.

I am trying to locate my TER # to refer to someone who wants to review me.....how do I obtain that #?

Try looking at your profile.

My response wasn't meant to be rude. This is why I enclosed a smiley face. In her question, there was no mention about not having a profile. I'm happy XYZ gave her the CORRECT answer. This is what the newbie board is for, right?

...any reviews here on TER already you will have a profile. The profile will have your TER Provider ID# at the upper left corner of the profile page. If you don't have any reviews then you don't have an ID# yet.
You can do a search of your provider name,  phone number, and e-mail address to see if you have any reviews. Click on the Reviews tab at the top of the page. Then click "Search Reviews". Scroll down to "Provider's Contact Information". Fill in the fields and click search at the very bottom of the page.

If you don't have reviews that someone you mentioned that wants to write one can be your first reviewer. He will fill out your profile and write and submit the review. Here on TER the first reviewer fills out the providers profile not the provider. There is a way to make corrections later if necessary. When you click on the Reviews tab at the top of the page look around and find the "Reviews FAQ" link. Click it for info on writing reviews.

If you do have reviews I suggest you contact TER and ask them to link your handle (which is PlatinumPuzzy1) to your profile. When you do that every time you post there will be a link to your profile/reviews under your handle.

I also recommend you read all the info found in the link I have included below. Click on any link you find and read. It will help you with all your questions about how TER works and what you need to know as a provider. It will also explain what I've already said here so you can refer to it whenever you like.
The link to the Self-Help Center can also be found at the top right of most discussion boards under the red and white life preserver.

I hope this is helpful. Come back and let us know how it goes.

Thank you SO much!  I found my review, it was a double with another provider so I've emailed them and asked them to link the review to my handle as well.

From there, I believe I just need another review and I can set up my provider profile.

Thanks for all your help!  :)

Hey my name is Kelsie Blake and im new to this site. Can anyone help me with the navigation of the

discussion boards?

... Click on the Discussion boards tab at the top of the page. You'll get the page with explanation and descriptions of the different boards. After clicking the Discussion Boards tab If you click on "More" at the top you'll get a drop down menu. You can go to the "Providers Only" board. You have to have at least 3 reviews and some board presence to get on that.

Click on "Regional Ad Boards" and you'll get a drop down menu listing all the boards where provider ads can be placed. Check out the Self-Help Center for rules on placing ads.

Click on "Regional Boards" and again a drop down menu and you click the board you want to read.
Same for "TER General Boards". To open and read a post click the subject which will be in teal colored font. Pretty much anything on TER that's in teal font is a link. Click it and see where it takes you.

Remember to read the Self-Help Center. Once you have, come back here and ask questions.
Welcome and have fun.
