All you need to be eligible for reviewing on TER is a current ad on a Escort mall such as Cityvibe, Eros, US finest escorts, ThatMall, RealGirlNextDoor, etc etc. Some of these are regional and others are nation wide (check some links from TER reviewed ladies in your area to see where they're advertising and go to the mall's home page for advertising information.)

 If you want your own private web-page/site and not spend a lot of money yahoogeocities offers a $10.00/month solution with ample band-width so that your page won't temporarily shut down from receiving just a few "hits" in an afternoon.
Avoid the FREE yahoogeocities web site offering because it WILL shut down for just the aforementioned reason.
"CAUTIONARY NOTE" Yahoo is "conservative" and WILL pull your page down if you have too provocative of pictures or text in your ad. (Don’t mention things like GFE or PSE or FS or prices)

  Once you have your feet wet, a review or two under your belt and a couple of bucks in your pocket you can search in earnest for a webmaster & host to build you a full blown multi paged site with all the bells and whistles you care to invest in.  FYI- DON'T ADD MUSIC to your site. This is universally detested by us guys for reasons of us needing to be stealth while web surfing.

Exactly! That is why I warned 06 to not use any language that would indict. My ATF has used a Yahoo page exclusively for nearly a year and not a problem to date. You just need clever and non-incriminating wording.
