On tipping - I would suggest that on your first date, don't get wound up about whether or not you should tip. Just bring some flowers, some wine, and behave yourself. After the date, reflect upon the issue.

On finishing early - you are paying for time, so if you finish early, you can either chat or start a second round (with an eye on the clock.) If the lady doesn't want you to start another round, she'll let you know.

On how much to pay - check the reviews for whatever city you are interested in, and pay the average rate of the ladies who are getting 7s, 8s and 9s for performance.

That's up to the individual girl. If it would make you more comfortable, find one who offers that. I prefer to bombard a newbie (or not) with kisses instead of coffee, that takes the tension away pretty quickly
