I would like to know how to delete a review. It has come to my attention that a provider is being harassed by another individual and is trying to use my review as leverage against her. Though it hurts my VIP status. it hurts more to know that someone's family is being hurt by this. Please help..

Once it is submitted, it has a status (New,
Accep, Reject) so you can see the results.

Keep sending emails and problem reports every
week or so until you get a reply.

How long does it take for a problem report to result in deletion of a review

A problem report has a status that you can check
to see if it has been approved or rejected.
Either way, you know that it's been looked at.
