There is this provider I want to see. She has great reviews but doesnt answer her phone. Worst yet she has an automatic voice mail. I left messages and nothing. Its a catch 22. I dont wanna call too much but I want to see her and cant get ahold of her. What should I do. And no she has no email addy. Any help would be nice. Thanks

Agreed, she may have great reviews but obviously has no respect for her customers, a real turn-off for me. Also, she may be on break for awhile and only returning calls to regulars, not fair or good business, but it happens.

Absolutely, customer service is everything. Which is why if I'm with a companion, I wouldn't dream of answering my phone if it rings. Indeed, I generally turn my phone off when I'm occupied so that we are not distracted by a ringing phone. If someone else attempts to contact me when I'm busy, I rely on my voicemail to take a message which I can then return as soon as I am able.

If anyone has a better suggestion on how to silmultaneously answer the phone ontime everytime, AND do what I do best at the same time, I'd love to hear it.

His problem is not that she cannot "simultaneously" do her job and answer the phone, but that she never returns his phone calls. By the way, why is the picture of the woman in your banner obviously not the same as the pictures in your website?
