If the moderator thought she could let your posts go one the board without checking them first, she would make you an unmoderated poster. Then your posts would be on the board immediately, just the way my post here was on the board immediately after I submitted it.

Do your posts have a link to your website? Ones that do may be refused if your link is not an approved link. You may want to ask this second question on your local board but include no link or anything else that may be construed as an ad.
