OK, dumb newbie questions.
1 - What is an BBBJNQ?
2 - Have a favorite provider.  How risky, or even rude, is it to ask a provider who is outstanding at it to change how she does it?  Would it be taken as professionally insulting?
3 - The 2 questions may not be related since I do not know the answer to number 1.
