Generally it's one call to make or finalize an appointment and then a second call from a specific location to get the exact address.

I.E. You'll finalize 3:00PM on Tuesday and the provider will say call at 3:00PM from the corner of 84th and Madison. You call from that corner and she'll give you the exact building address and apartment number.
