It should be exactly the same number, if you are quoted $300 that's what you should pay.  The agency gets a cut of the fee.  If you are asked to give more you are in the middle of a rip off or bait and switch.  Read the reviews and don't go to the agencies that encourage such behavior.

Now if you are so inclined, feel free to leave a tip.  That amount is up to you and should not be something that is either expected or requested.  A tip is just something you leave if you feel generous.

ok, i have a really dumb question, but...this is the newbie board and I definitely am a newbie as you will see by question...anyway, what is the typical donation to the girl vs. the agency fee? in other words, the agency says the fee is $300/hr for example, does one typically have to pay the girl extra for sex (not adult entertainment or massage only) and if so, what is a standard "donation"?

If an agency girl.. She gets her cut.. agency gets thier  cut. It is always etiquette to tip an agency girl is she is honest, legit and real and you enjoy her service. (sometimes they may even slip you their personal phone number if they like you ) but dont tell ;) Its a secret :)

Independents. The money is theirs and no one to share with. Expect our kids, bills etc...
