Wow! 17 arrests! What kind of penalties do they hit you with? I can understand the AMP raids, street decoys, and incall stings, but you got nailed by outcall too? Outcall always seemed the most safe to me. Would seem to me like one way of avoiding it would be to give accommadation details at the last possible minute. If you say "I'll call you early in the evening when I get in town" it's not as if they can bug a room or get a squad of officers readied next door, I wouldn't think.
