Forgive me, as I'm new to this board. I know this topic has probably been beaten to death, but I couldn't find it in the first few pages and my dial-up access (I live in BFE) keeps me from searching the entire forum.
What are the essentials of not getting busted? To put it mildly, getting charged with solicitation would be a serious setback in my life. From what little bit I've read online, it is much more likely for a provider to get caught in an LE sting than a hobbyist. If one gets busted, how does he handle it and what actions should he take? What are the realistic consequences?
For starters, I am going to Ontario. My understanding is that everything is legal there as long as the solicitation is private and not done on the street or publicly. So contacting ladies on the web, as I have done the past few days is legitimate, according to what I've read online. Outcall is supposed to be perfectly legal, but incall is not as it is illegal run a brothel or business for the purpose. Again, this is all what I've read on the web, but it seems legit. Many of the Canadian girls still have the standard disclaimers on their sites. Not all of them. I even saw one a while back with a business license number on it and she openly advertised CFS. I don't imagine there will be any problem up there, but I planned on seeing 4 or 5 girls and odds of anything going wrong increases with numbers.
Any advice on how I can enjoy myself and likely not have to spend any bail money would be appreciated.
