It usually means that tipping is not necessary (but usually appreciated) for providing all services that particular provider provides.

What does it mean by "All inclusive"? Is this the same as full service?

I'm not sure I agree, sorry, but I feel that a tip should only be done if the Provider has "gone above, and beyond the call-of-duty". If she has only provided what has been promised, the service should be "All inclusive". How often do you tip your mechanic for doing his job.? I hate to keep using that analogy, but come on, most gals feel like I do...We are truly BLESSED....we get to do what we love, take pride in a job well done and get to meet the best guys in the world...!!!!  and we get payed nicely......Not a bad gig..!!! Tip the waitress who's raising 4 kids, or the bell-hop/out-of-work-actor, for just doing their job,(they're only making $5-$7 bucks an hour) they need to be supplimented (sp) since they pay union dues etc. How do you other Providers feel about this.??

I personally don't believe in tipping providers, though I am not against it.  The vast majority of providers work for themselves and the donation they recieve (which isn't pocket change for many of us) all goes to them.  I'm not going to tip on top of that.  As silky mentioned, servers in restaurants and others in the service industry do not get the the money we pay for a meal or a ride in cab and should be tipped accordingly if the service was good.  I have never tipped except when being ripped off ("it's $200 to show up.  Anything else requires a tip.") and it's never been a problem.  In the past I have seen a few girls several times and they are always happy to see me when I return.  I'm a good guy, I pay, I don't do anything weird and I'm not LE.  What more could a provider ask for?  I'm not rich enough or stupid enough to shower girls with gifts so I don't.  Tipping should never be required or expected in this hobby.  If it is, I would look elsewhere.

I wouldn't tip a provider unless they provided services above and beyond, etc.  The wording in my prior post was from the many provider web sites that use that phrase.

To me, "all inclusive" better mean, "This price includes everything and extra money is not required to get what you are expecting."

I don't know who these providers think they are when they show up, ask for the $250+ and then sit on the couch looking at you funny. This one in Vegas wanted an additional $500 for a "hand shake" and $2000 for full access. What a rip-off. I wish I remembered the name, I would write her a review to remember.

Anyway, I regularly "tip" the provider if she performs well or gives me more than I expected.

But be careful if you do tip and see the same provider again. They might be expecting it next time.

2 tip or not... I say not! If you visit a all inclusive resort usually the extras are included in the price. If you visit a all inclusive provider the tip is already factored into the donation.

Remember the providers set a none negotiable donation. Tipping is at the discretion of the hobbyist. If service is above & beyond what you expected than it is at the hobbyist discretion 2 tip or not.

My question is if you tip is it before or after service is rendered & how much?

I mean you wouldn't tip a waiter before service is rendered!

tipping in advance...just to ad confusion to the question...  and sometimes you do "grease the palm" of a Maitre D to get a better table, bettter service, etc.  Las Vegas runs on this sort of thing.  But I don't agree with the practice either.
