I sent a text message to a provider from my tmoble cell phone and she responded, Real Number Please. I asked what she ment and she said that my number was a fake phone number. I dont know what any of that means but hiw do i get a "real" number? What does she see that tells her that my numbet is fake?

Not a lot to go on here, but I am making an assumption that she is making some common assumptions.
1. Let's assume you called her from 111-1111.
2. She immediately assumes that you are using a hobby phone that is not linked to your real real ID.  She assumes that 111-1111 is a fake = anonymous number.  She might have even done a reverse lookup of your phone and couldn't find a real ID associated with it.
3. She assumes that you have a real phone that is linked to your real ID, let's call it 222-2222.
4. She wants you to call or text her from a real number (222-2222) that is either your real life land line or your real life cell phone that shows up in a search.

There are other ways to disguise a phone number with software or other tools. I don't think that applies to you, does it?

Is 111-1111, the line you texted her from, your real life phone number? If it is, then you clearly don't mind her having it (and the ability to do a reverse phone number look up to get your real name and address). You can text her again and say that 111-1111 is your real life phone number and give her your name, FB name, linkedin name, etc.. That SHOULD satisfy her.

If 111-1111 is your real life phone number but you have it somehow secured from on-line lookup services and feel that your real life ID is protected, that's another matter.  She searches it and it comes up empty. You can tell her that 111-1111 is your real life number but it is protected from snoops. Now you have to decide whether you want to give her other info so she can ID you. (Further warning: with new tools, it's harder and harder to hide your real number from snoops. Get a dedicated anonymous hobby phone.)

If 111-1111 already is an anonymous hobby phone, then you'll have to decide how much info you want to give her. Giving out too much personal info can come back to haunt you.  Once it is OUT you can never get it back.  If you knew more about your potential date, e.g., from reviews, it would be easier to decide whether to give out info.  (E.g., if she has 30-50 excellent reviews spanning 5+ years, she is "real" and cannot afford to ruin her business by burning clients by outing them. She is likely trustworthy.)

Maybe some others will chime in with their opinions about giving out real personal info to a new date.  Don't rush into things just yet. (That was the benefit of verification services such as the now defunct D-C and the not-taking-new-members P411 - a third party keeps your personal secure unless it is needed for legal or safety reasons.)

Get a hobby phone and do not use your personal Phone If you plan to hobby often. A second line is not that expensive.  Nothing like a provider finding out your real name or place of employment and starts causing you trouble or even blackmailing you. Sometimes blasting your info on twitter or on to social media because she didn't like the session you had, a cancellation or even a  negative review you gave her on TER. I am a seasoned hobbyist and I have seen seen it happen before.  Now most high end ladies would never do this...but women can be vindictive if you loss them off. If you are married then I HIGHLY recommend a second phone.

That being said, plenty of ladies, like those mentioned by the OP will require a non-prepaid, non-app phone number for their screening.

Some will require you to contact them from that phone, some won't.

 
It's important for every client (and potential client) to decide in advance whether or not they're comfortable giving up any real-world information.   If you're not, that's fine.  There are lots and lots of women who don't require any.  

All the times that I've seen client's personal information blasted on Twitter WAS from high end ladies so I have a little trouble agreeing with the statement that they would never do it.  

The problem with providing real-world information is that the client never knows WHEN, not if, the provider will give it to someone else who shouldn't have it. Based on my recent experience, I'd have to say to NEVER give it out.

Given what phone companies set up your phone with your name, etc. for caller id, I would always recommend going with a pay as you go.
There is no personal information given, as no credit check is required.
Just buy the phone pack and the reload cards.

Given how social media runs behind the scenes algorithms, I would also recommend that you NEVER sign into your real world account from your hobby phone (and vice versa).

In my experience as a provider, how are we supposed to screen clients, for safety because often they are coming to our home, If we don't get their real name or where they work or some kind of Real World identification? Usually the only way around this, is to have previous provider references, which means they are not ripping Providers off, asking for services that are not offered, overstaying their time, or being rude/abusive in any way.  

We are in this business to provide a service and meet a need in the marketplace,  and are not in the business of messing up hobbyist lives, by blasting them publically or blackmailing them, for any reason.  For the most part any reputable provider, who is a mature professional, is going to screen and she is also wanting to keep her positive reputation in the community and establish repeat business, So a hobbiest is going to have to be WAY OUT OF LINE, to be blasted publically/ He may have created a more than "business relationship," Yes clients do this too, so they can see what they can get for free/discounted or stalking the lady or sexually assaulted her, or didn't pay her, or removed a condom without permission, or possibly trying to save a buck and is choosing providers with questionable ethics.  

And Yes, there are respectable and honest providers who don't screen either.  I tell clients who don't want to screen, they can see me outcall on the first visit and then can come to my home on subsequent appts, or there are plenty of providers who don't screen, they can go see.  

Now that TER is back up, we can all be a little more anonymous, and use handles and reviews  as our screening tool. But over the last 2 yrs, Safety had to win over clients privacy and revenue. I totally get that we are both in a vulnerable position, and I am going to protect where I live and sleep every night before risking my peace of mind for a few hundred dollars.  

I don't use two phones.  Instead I use an app that gives me a second line.  It's very handy as the information is not stored on the phone at all.  If I delete the app all the information is gone.  Most apps allow you to choose a number and there are options for it to notify you if anyone calls or texts.  I have everything turned off and only check the app when I'm active (or expecting a call/text).  To make it seem more "normal" I use this number for real life things such as ordering products online, etc.  This way the number does get used for something.

When ladies text me I delete them right away.  I never keep those on my phone for more than a few hours at best.  Good luck.

It depends on what your circumstances are. You can akways get a prepaid sim which you can throw away afterwards
