if you haven't already.  It's under the life preserver on the main page of this board.  Scroll back 4 or 5 pages of this board and read all the threads.  Then find your local board and lurk on that for awhile

the self help section...  then read it again.   Read back on this board until you can answer every question yourself.  No one can do it for you.  You have to filter it through your own situation.  There is definately a protocal for these meetings...  and if you know what it is, things go well.  Differ, & not so much.  
Once you are ready to start the selection process, I suggest you get VIP.  It is almost impossible to keep VIP by reviewing.  But VIP is not all that costly compared to one wasted opportunity or spoiled date.  I suggest that as a Newbie you stick with well reviewed providers & you'll learn about this in your reading.
