I am a newbee.  I have been looking around and am driscriminating.  Have found a few girls I am interrested in but of course they all require at least two references.  How do I get where I want to be without having to engage with girls I don't want to see????

Sometimes (though not usually) you can get an independent provider to accept some other form of verification such as work info. The more normal way to start is to see a few agency girls – agencies are less demanding when it comes to the screening. This won't actually get you references since agencies normally don't provide references. But it will give you a little experience and it will make it easier to make the transition to independents.

One or more of the verification sites. They're pretty simple and painless, if you are willing to give them some information. Once you are a member, you may find that some of the ladies you'd like to see, are also members.

You might have luck (if you try often enough with enough providers) by offering to provide verifiable personal information like work voicemail with your name on it, home address, email addresses, travel itinerary for when you are going to be in provider's area, website discussion forums that you participate in so they can see your online personality, scan your driver's license and photoshop blur out the license number and send a jpg of that to her, etc, etc.

If you don't want to go through 411 or another similar service, providing verifiable personal detail is your only other choice, and if they have to work too hard to verify it, they won't bother.
