Doing a lot of research getting ready for my first time here in a few weeks.  Already have a well reviewed girl chosen, and have obtained their requested verification procedure.

I've got to be smart about this, and while I realize there are minimal risks with well reviewed girls, I will make all efforts to minimize risk the the maximum extent possible.

I would really, really like to not exchange cash, or talk about cash, during our date.  All the girls with the service are well reviewed, quite a few times, and that leaves me comfortable enough with a pre-payment situation.  I'd rather risk losing $700+ to a rip off, which I feel is very unlikely, to exchanging cash during the session.  Just seems safer for everyone involved.  I want her to show up, we'll walk out the door for dinner or a few drinks in the hotel jacuzzi to get acquainted, and go from there.

I would be willing to meet the day before if need be to exchange cash, but not at their incall location.  But I would prefer some way of just wiring by Western Union, paypal, etc, if there's a way to do that with some relative expectation of annonymity.  Even if it's not completely annonymous, I feel the risk there is still less than a cash transfer at the same time we'll be meeting for a date.  I just believe, correct me if I'm wrong, LE is not going to go to all the trouble of subpoenas to CC, paypal, whatever, to prove a misdemeanor solicitation case.  Could be wrong on that, but hardly seems worth their time.  Easier fish to catch via CL or outcall stings.

This is an out of state, outcall type of thing to my hotel.

Thoughts?  Is this a relatively common practice the provider will have no problem with?  Seems to me it would be preferrable for them, no?

If the lady or agency has a paypal account that you COULD do this. Why, if you are so concerned about LE, you would want a paper trail of your transaction with an escort or an agency is beyond me.

If you have done your research and the gal or agency is legit you will have nothing to worry about handing her cash at the start of the appointment.  If the agency or the lady is NOT legit you are either throwing money out the window or will get busted anyway.  What makes you think that LE won't come after you for paying in advance?

The most important thing to remember when dealing with LE is that they WILL arrest you even if they can't make the charge stick. Being busted, in their minds, is the cure for men seeking sex for pay. An actual conviction is of little importance to them.

No, would prefer not to use real name.  Have not used WU or Paypal in a while, and can't remember the requirements for registration, etc.  And there may be another option out there I'm not familiar with, hence, the question.  I figured with all the hobbyists here, someone would have a solution or know if this is plausible.  I guess it may not be.

I am just not very comfortable exchanging cash at the time of the meeting.  If she had been busted, flipped, and wired, and LE came in the door, it is bad news to have her, and the cash there.  She's there, with no cash, and nothing is said, they've got zippo.  She says anything out of line about cash, payment, etc., and I begin my "there's been a misunderstanding" routine and send her on her way.  Now, we all now I'm probably still going in cuffs, but to a jury, a girl, no cash, and no mention of cash or services? Come on!

Point being, nothing is fail safe, but again, I doubt LE is going to go through subpoenas and trying to track down wire transfers for a simple petty misdemeanor (which this is in the jurisdiction I'll be in).  Let's just say I've got some experience in such things from years past, and LE is not going to that kind of trouble, IMO.  A simple buy-bust cash transaction, however, is very doable and nets cash and fingerprints for the evidence envelope.

Dead Presidents, always.  This is a bit over the top for a first date, though one you'll surely remember!  For a special  occasion, buy a nice card or gift bag or both to hand her.  

Do not talk about donation OR sex.  Period.  You've just got to trust that you are both there for the same reasons.

Accumulate the donation over several days in transactions that look like normal business.

PS Prepay can be a real temptation...  hopefully a well reviewed lady would not...  but one form of scam is to get the money & walk out.  Not a good habit to get into.

A little contradictory.  And no offense, you may know the industry, but you don't know crap about LE. If LE is doing their job, and money (or drugs, or whatever) exchanges hands not in the presence of sworn LE personnel, cannot be visually verified by sworn LE personnel, or it is at least not talked about and memoralized in a recording, the god damn envelope will be processed at some point, I can virtually assure you of that.

But that's only half the point.  The rest of it is, if it is not processed, any half assed, snot nosed, public defender would have a field day with that fact, when the only "evidence" that a provider received money from a customer, is the word of the very person who obviously has flipped trying to save her own ass.  If it has been processed, and there are no prints on it, well then, that also scores a point for the defense, and takes one away from the prosecution.  Either way, win - win.  And either way, if the prosecutors sole evidence that someone transfered money to a provider trying to work off a charge is that same provider's word, that is a weak assed case and creates significant doubt.  And THAT was the point.  There is another way to prove it, but I'm not going into that here.

I'm not only trying to avoid an arrest, but also want to be in the best possible position to defend against conviction should the worst happen.  As we all know, if they want the arrest, it's gonna happen.  But that is where the real game begins, not ends.

You asked a question...the answer is definite "maybe".  Time for you to do some research by contacting agencies or indies about weather or not they will cater to your wish. Personally I would be suspect of any that would. Getting into a pissing contest with the members here regarding who knows more about trying to be safe is rather pointless.  We've all been around a while and seen how it works where escorting is concerned. If you have concerns about your safety then go ahead and try and find a situation that works for you. Good Luck.

Thanks for your response.  All I was looking for was serious answers.  I had no intention of entering a pissing match, but was mocked for an honest, simple question, and responded.  I may be a noob to this.  I most certainly am not to the legal world.  Looking for assistance, not conflict.

Thanks again, I've got my answer, that being it's not a good idea that would even be entertained by most providers.  I'll take my chances with the cash route if I intend to proceed, and will make the smartest choices I can within those confines.

Sorry, wasn't trying to be secretive, just trying to stay on subject.  In case you hadn't noticed, I'm a long winded writer.  Get me going off in a different direction, and you'll be reading for days.

Basically if LE cannot get eyes (or ears) on the exchange somehow, they would have to be able to show the "provider turned source" could not have had the cash on her prior to entering the outcall location.  Meaning complete and thorough search of all belongings and strip search by a female LEO.  To do otherwise invites the defense that "she was working off charges, she brought money to set this guy up, and she had a personal stake and benefit in doing so".  A very valid defense, and not the best case to have in front of a judge or jury, if that's all you got.

I think that is again, also unlikely for a simple misedemeanor pop.  But could be done if they wanted someone bad enough, and that would then be pretty solid evidence that an exchange did then occur when it winds up in her posession.  And if  it shows hot for his prints, if processed for such, he's toast.  You won't be talking your way out of that one.

But unless you're a senator, congressman, actor, mayor, or NFL star, not too likely they're gonna go to that kind of trouble in reality.  However, it never hurts to be as safe as possible, right?

I see what you are saying, and why you are thinking that, but the thing is, if a bust is going to happen, one person is going to be in on it. Either the hobbyist or provider is a decoy/LE, or they are genuine but are trying to flip to work off charges. So, if you were already being set up, then it would not make a difference when you provided the cash to her, because if she or her agency were cooperating with LE, they would already be collecting evidence of your email exchange, and would likely arrange to be present whenever the transaction took place, whether or not it was the same time or place of the meeting and in any form, they would still know that you contacted her for services and paid her for services, which is the issue at hand. But on the flip side, if she is well-reviewed and responsible, then adding a paper trail (much of that stuff, pay pal, western union, green dot, requires some real identifying info on either person's part, often both- real names, bank info, social security number, proof of ID. So to do it this way not only would not protect you if she were working with LE, but would attract unwanted attention and create a paper trail where one otherwise wouldn't have existed for a legitimate provider and a legitimate hobbyist. Does that make sense? I think that is how most people who have been around the hobby would see it or explain it, although I can see why you would have thought otherwise, you just have to think about the circumstances in which you could be placed at legal risk, and the role that would be played by the provider- either you are LE, or she is. Unless you are soliciting on the street and LE sees it happen, they would have no reason to know where you were or what was happening and try to get you both in trouble- they are either coming after you, or after her. But if you can verify that she is legit by recent reviews, well known reviewers, intuition, etc. and simple things like whether she screens, whether she acts professionally and discreetly, etc. then cash is the best way to go and doesn't increase your risk any more- imo it minimizes it.

Not all of those require such detailed info, and not all of them require you to prove what you do provide.
