Some providers have requirement like "must be 25 or older" in the ads, why?

Not that it affects me, since I am 45.  However, age is often among the screened items for many providers.

Another reason might be because LE retire very young like in their 40's and 50's so the chances of a 50 year old LE showing up is pretty remote.

Personally, I enjoy an experience with a gentleman in which we are at least somewhat compatible (for me, this may or may not have anything to do with age). In my “real” life I have always been attracted to older gentlemen, thus I carry over the preference to my experience as an escort. Growing up, I always had fantasies about Richard Gere and George Clooney (and secretly about my friends’ 40-60 year old dads and uncles shhh…). Now, this doesn’t mean I cannot enjoy a wonderful time with a younger gentleman; I just understand the desire to have the age requirement, though I have not personally enacted one for my escort business. Although I do not care for generalizations, I can imagine some providers may feel seeing older gentlemen will ensure their dealing with fewer issues (e.g., timewasters, etc.) and will spend time with a gentleman who is surer of himself or has more life experience. They hope to ensure the best appointment possible. Likewise, some providers have preferences for race, religion, creed, nationality, job, address…you name it!...their prerogative. Maturity and confidence (not to be confused with cockiness) tend to be traits of older rather than younger gentlemen. They typically have more life experiences to draw from, more to say, and more insightful and astute ways to say it. They're just plain more enjoyable to be around.

While I don't have a strict minimum age requirement (other than being at least of legal drinking age -- I'm not about to accidentally aid and abet the corruption of a minor by opening a nice Chablis), I find I strongly prefer the company of men 10 or more years my senior. There are always exceptions, of course, and some of them quite memorable, but the general trend is there.

Just like there are limits for how old a gentlemen should be as well for some ladies..
It's all a matter of choice.

I am the newest of the newbies.  I am 53 and have yet to hook up with a gal, but I have one scheduled.  In my selection, I wanted someone more mature.  The lady is 38 and I didn't want someone that was 20.

I only see older men, for simple reason, they know what they want~ and appreciate it.

Age is not an indication of maturity in any way.

from your reviews they do not see to appreciate it much.
