If I see something that looks like an STD the session is off. Sorry but I have to think of not only myself but also my other clients.
I do have a regular client that has a skin condition, it is quite obviously different from an STD. If your condition is similar and is only skin pigment issues then it should be no problem. If it is a sore or a blister, no go, not even with a condom.

you should be playing with a covered penis regardless of spots or not, but if the lady wonders, you can tell her what it is.

There is no way I would see anyone with one.  It is obviously the provider's discretion... but some chances are not meant to be taken.  You could explain what it is and bring literature... but it's really up to whether or not the lady accepts the word of a relative stranger (or if she cares)

Well I would think bringing "literature" would help.  Perhaps even better would be the (negative) results of medical tests and/or a doctor's note.

I just looked up your condition on Wikipedia and if the pics there look like your own skin, I wouldn't worry too much.  If a provider asks answer her completely.  But those spots don't look like an STD at all.
