I would think that would vary GREATLY with whoever is saying it. Some might mean one thing, others might mean something totally different. There is no "set" meaning as to what "open minded" means.

Like Keystone said, get vip and read the reviews. You get a TON of information on the ladies that way. I agree with so many others that if you can't afford a $20 up front to do some research, how do you think you are going to afford $$$ for some time with a wonderful woman?

This is a common question around the phrase "GFE" too and the answer is the same: rely on reviews, not phrases.  

At minimum, it just means she'll listen politely to what you have to say.  Big deal.

I usually go with GFE.

"Open minded" is the biggest, most overused catch-all / come on in the book. Low end advertising mediums such as Craigslist are loaded with women, sleazy agencies and pimps using this phrase. It alludes to EVERYTHING the reader is hoping for; but promises and specifies NOTHING.

She had no reviews, and while I was not the least overt in my question, I WAS pushing to get a feel because something didn't sound quite right.  I back-channeled some others and got more feelings of concern.  Eventually, she got a review, and the performance was around a 2.  Apparently, GFE meant something different to her,
