I keep hitting "add to favorites" when I read a review of a provider that interests me. WHERE do I find that list I've created???

Assuming you are a VIP Member, you can access your favorites by clicking on the "VIP COMMUNITY" link at the top of each page; then on the left side is a link for "View My Favorites".

You can also click on Account Manager at the top of each page.

Favorites is a VIP feature.  You can only access it when a VIP but you don't lose it when VIP expires...  you just have get VIP again to access.
