I found a girl who is relatively new and so she is unreviewed. I checked the agency website and it is not reviewed here nor are any of the other three girls in the agency. Risks?

At a well knowned agency, I would wait for at least one Review? If none are reviewe, you may want to saved that favorate for later and check back in about 6 months.

If you've spent anytime on this board, than you know that it is not recommended for a newbie to see a provider with no reviews. Add to the fact the agency she works for has no reviews equals two strikes. However, if you want to see her, go ahead, what do you have to lose? A lot.

Go over to the gd board and read the post by the newbie, who was worried he did the wrong thing when an unrevised provider he saw, forgot the condoms, and didn't necessarily look like the pictures in her ad.  He refused to go thru with the date, but left her a small fee.

You're going to want your first encounter to be one that you'll remember in a good way, not an experience that you may regret. I'd pass on this one, and see some ladies with good history first. After you've seen some ladies who rocked your world, then do some experimenting if you like.

What is the draw NON-reviewed providers have on Newbies?

Honestly! As regularly as we streetwise recidivists warn of the dangers present and savvy needed on the Boulevard of the Non-reviewed; at least twice a week another Newb smitten with the pics of a non-vetted provider will post seeking insight as to why they shouldn't simply heed their "little head" and grab the car keys. .

to only see ladies with multiple reviews (4 or 5 minimum) by established reviewers (5 or more reviews over time).  If you don't follow this blueprint, you are going out on a limb.  Odds are you will have a miserable date.

but I'm thinking it might have something to do with the almighty buck. The ladies that these new guys are looking at are probably new themselves, and not charging as much, making them sound like a real bargain.

When a lady is stealing photos from unknown bikini models, cribbing verbage from the back of a porn dvd, and pitching it all for less than the cost of three newly released video games ...

I myself can't count the number of times I have seen hot photos on Eros of some dreamy visiting provider, and then had the nearly inevitable sense of deflation when she turns up with no reviews.  The Newbies haven't quite figured out the value of the back-check.  Sometimes you can only learn to stay away from bear-traps by stepping into one.

Besides, there IS always that small chance that the unknown provider will meet or exceed all expectations.  All the ladies had to get started at some point.  Maybe the thrill of the gamble is enough for some, no matter how experienced they are.

Sure, you can be the first to spot and sample the expected delights of the new unreviewed restaurant down the street. You might get lucky and find the promising new chef in their first real chance to create the menu. Surely, fame, fortune, elevated prices and guest appearances on the Food Network will be next. It must be!

Or not. 90% of restaurants fail. Good ones get reviews, become proficient at managing the dining experience and know the tricks of the trade. Many established restaurants are that way for a reason. Might you pay a little more? Yes, but you know what to expect and they have a track record of consistency. It is worth the money.

At a crappy restaurant, you might get a mediocre meal. It might even qualify as bad. Worst case, some indigestion may follow. Now, compare that worst case scenario to arrest, muggings, divorces and public humiliation. Worth it? I think not.

Newbies are not the Anthony Boudain and Andrew Zimmern's of the world. You don't know the signs to look for to keep yourself safe. You don't have the judgement required. So skip it.

Lest you think I'm saying that as a know-it-all, I'm not. I just know enough to know what I do *not* know. I leave the unexplored and unreviewed ladies to others. I can get a thrill seeing a known lady, without the added risk of trying to find the elusive "undiscovered mega-hottie bargain sexual animal".

Go find yourself some nice reviewed ladies and have yourself a blast! Then write up reviews when you are done.
