I did quite a lot of reading about this and now have some experience...

The meager two reviews I have currently are for what are essentially FBSM sessions.  One was more what most FBSM sessions seem to be - basically finished "Ala Hand", with some limits on what I could touch or do.    The other was BBBJ and .pretty much unlimited access (though there were some areas I did not try to go).

From what I could tell in reading a lot of FBSM reviews and some other materials, more often than not you can touch (and possibly kiss) breasts - the lower area may well be off limits or limited access though (or simply add a fee to play).  So when selecting providers I made sure the reviews indicated a greater degree of touching was possible even if it would be an additional charge.  Also something to be on the lookout for is that some FBSM providers either do not do fully nude, or charge an extra fee for that.

I think FBSM is a great way to work your way up to full sessions, it gets you more comfortable with the process around seeing providers (screening, payment, etc.), and (if you are just being finished by hand) is much safer from an STD standpoint.

Is it frustrating being limited?  I didn't really think so for either session, as you still have a very beautiful woman (if you carefully read reviews and looked at pictures!) working you over and as noted usually there's at least some touching...  and of course generally it's cheaper than a full session.  Just like with any provider, it's a great idea to carefully read reviews before you decide who to go see...

Which, at a minimum, is a HJ and, if you are lucky, a BJ.  Kissing is not included.  This is not a full service GFE.  I cannot comment on whether it is frustrating for guys not to be able to touch, fondle or kiss during FBSM.  However, the fact that hobbyists still seek it is indicative of the fact that some men must enjoy it.  Perhaps some of the more experienced hobbyists can comment on this.

Depends on the provider. You can try to ask her if there is mutual touching, fully nude, P2P, etc.
They generally involve a massage and a hand job at the end but everything else depends on the provider you choose.  The providers have different degrees of nudity (none vs. top only vs. full nudity). Some don't allow you to touch their private parts. Some allow limited touching, some let you put your hands and fingers wherever you want.

My first FBSM experience was with a very pretty, but somewhat expensive provider I found on ThatMall. She gave a great massage in her studio apartment on a real massage table with scented oils. While you lay on your stomach on the table, she was totally nude except for a gold chain around her waist. Is it frustrating? For some guys, sure. For others, not a problem. Everyone is different. Some guys are perfectly happy spending a lot of money at a strip club and not being able to touch. Others Would be frustrated and consider it a waste of money. Some men are perfectly happy getting a cbj. Others won't even think of seeing a cbj provider. Different strokes.

Agreed - FBSM is very much a YMMV thing, but its also a good lower risk way to meet a provider and see what she offers - some offer very good massage with nothing else, some include HJ, some DFK, some DATY, some take clothes off, and some (like one of my favorites) will disrobe and do body slides and camel slides.  As Fischer says, repeat clients usually get more.

If I see an ad for an attractive provider with few or no reviews, often I'll just schedule a FBSM session to getto know them - sometimes I get nothing but a legit massage, but other times I have discovered real FS gems that are just getting started and need to learn the ropes and build a credible review history.  Unfortunately, the best usually eventually migrate up to the expensive indy price range, and until I win the lottery, I can't afford to spend $500, $700, $1,000  plus for a session no matter how fantastic.

The differences is the ending.  Minimum is a HJ...  without that, it isn't FBSM.
