I tried a different browser; same error but the review page is slightly different: I can see two red asterisks for ad website and personal website (which I had filled in correctly). Tried again anyway and it failed again anyway.
When I view page source for the "blank" drop down (Category of Service works OK: Escort), Type of Service where I have blanks looks like this (for ServiceAddOn1 which is Escort) [I AM DELETING or changing bra-kets to x-y just in case it might screw up the presentation of the posting]:

So it is displaying BLANK "" fields. What is it SUPPOSED to say (for the rest of you guys)?

I'm trying AGAIN to post a review, this time a negative one to save others from similar misery.
I fill out the entire form, drop downs, etc. non-VIP part, VIP part, I hit submit and it says at the top, in red letters, "The form is incomplete! Please fill out all required fields!"
I'm getting tired of this. The only field that MIGHT be a problem is "TYPE OF SERVICE" which has a red asterisk and a drop down that starts with "Please Select a Category". That contents of that dropdown is "invisible": there are several lines to choose from but I can't read white-on-white or blank fields. (All other dropdowns work fine.)
I tried submitting with several difference "blank" lines in the type of service field, even if it's the wrong description. I still get "incomplete".
I have a lot of "I Don't Knows" (e.g., lick), but those aren't incomplete.
I will E-MAIL or POST my review so moderators can read it, if you want me to. I'm happy to post reviews, but this is too frustrating ... almost as frustrating as the bad provider but she cost me a lot more $$!
Writing the first couple of reviews can be a bitch. Once you get the hang of it, it will get a little easier. As Mrfisher mentioned, maybe a software glitch
I had to got to the form to see what you were talking about at the level you must select from the drop down menu "catagory of service" which offers these choices: escort, massage, or S&M Once these are completed you select the specific services which pertain to that catagory of service. The second menu will not drop down until the first is selected.
