I posted a review and never heard anything.  Is there usually a response if there is a rejection?  I don't care about VIP membership, and it was only a massage, but still it was a waste of time and money.  It turns out the massage only becomes erotic and her clothes only come off if she feels like it.  Otherwise she provides a standard, expensive therapeutic massage.  Who wants to roll those dice?

I would have loved it if I had been warned but she has no reviews even though she has advertised on backpage for years.  Can a provider quash a review?

go to Account Manager, then click on My Reviews. If it was rejected, there will be a reason for the rejection. You can edit the review, and resubmit it.

No reviews?????? That's why newbies should stick with ladies with some history. Don't give up, just do a little more homework.

Often reviews are withheld of first time reviews by first time reviewers.

If you review a provider who has reviews it should post easily.  If the "provider" gets another review by a seasoned reviewer then yours would not be the first, so should post easily.

I know this seems out of wack as you want to post a warning/low review...   The policy came to be because many of first / first reviews were deemed inaccurate.

Your review can be resubmitted / edited & resubmitted up to 90 days...  you should be able to do this from account manager without all the forms being repeated.

As a newbie, why did you see someone without reviews?

He might have had money to spare. Maybe he works for a giant, vampire squid wannabe and has been blessed during bonus season. Seriously, I use extra funds to TOFTT and would post reviews if TER would let me.

that it is a phony.

Otherwise, she is free to ask TER to remove all her reviews at any time and for any reason.

TER can also ban a provider and pull all her reviews down if she engages in any kind of unethical behavior, such as posting her own phony reviews.

Then again, perhaps no one has ever bothered to review her.

It is unclear which option occured here.

HM,
Once you have a history on TER you can certainly post all the TOFTT reviews you want.  I TOFTT a few times, some turned out good, others not so.  As I said above, have a meeting with a reviewed provider & post a review...  to establish yourself.
I believe board posts & log ins may also play a role.

The possibility that, as a new reviewer, with a decidedly different point of view about a particular procider... Admin may be holding back the review waiting clarification from you.  Just a thought.

First of all, if this was just a massage, you wont get credit for it anyways, since massage girls dont receive TER credits per review guidelines

"I REVIEWED A MASSAGE PARLOR GIRL AND IT WAS POSTED, WHY DIDN'T I GET VIP CREDIT?
Massage Parlor reviews are accepted and posted in the Massage Parlor section, due to their popularity with our members. However, these reviews will not receive membership credit because the majority of Massage Parlors don’t advertise on the web (internet advertising is a TER must for posting). MP enthusiasts usually choose to share their experiences with other members, despite the fact that they won’t receive credit for their submission.  The choice is up to you."

Second of all, if you reviewed her and it was rejected, it would say in your account manager->my reviews why it was rejected. Reviews don't just disappear from your review history

Now its possible the provider is delisted/banned from TER for the above mentioned reason "self reviewing". It is also possible the provider may have asked TER to have her reviews deleted if she had any and not to participate in TERS review system. If a provider does not want to be reviewed, she can petition TER to blacklist herself from the site so no one can review her

Lastly It may just be pending approval from ADMIN. Keep in mind some girls are reviewed no TER but the plugin sometimes does not work or they are not listed under the escort section.

Here is an example. Click the link below, you will pull up an backpage ad for a massage girl named Trisha. If you highlight her number, right click and use the TER plug in to see if she has reviews on TER, you will come to this page

http://www.theeroticreview.com/reviews/newreviewsList.asp?searchreview=1&tersearch=1&version=0.2&Phone=7272495747

It will say no reviews found. If you go to reviews, search reviews, and type in her number above 727-249-5747 in the provider phone number, select country USA, city Tampa and hit search, you will find it says again, no review.

Now watch what happens when you click reviews-Massage parlor reviews, type in her number. You pull up info on her and now she has reviews?

Make sure you do a thorough search.
