I am looking for a newbie friendly provider in midland/Odessa/Lubbock area can any help? Or tell me how to find out from a moderator how to find one?

For your request looking for providers in specific areas, you must post the question on the "In Search Of" board.

However while you are here on the newbie board, have you read through the self help center at the top of the page under the life preserver. If not I highly recommend it. I also recommend reading back many pages on this forum to get answers to many other newbie questions. Good luck

there is no regional board for that area of the country.  There are no moderators any more, but I am the Newbie board host.  This is about all you can do.  One, click on 'search' on the reviews forum, then click on 'Escort Reviews'.  Scroll to the bottom of the city list and click on 'other cities'.  Two, post your inquiry on the ISO board.  Other than that, there isn't much you can do, as far as I know.

Unfortunatley in Texas, only Dallas, Houston and Austin are listed in the review cities and only Dallas and Houston have discussion boards. So you can do like swimtreker said and search "other cities," but here are some ideas to help narrow your search.
1) Type in the name of your city in the "location" box right under the city box. Try this individually using all three of your city names mentioned, and even other nearby cities. Try this using "all cities" in the city box in place of "other cities" and using your specific cities (ie 'midland') in the location box.
2) Try searching by area code. Select "all cities" again in the city box, then type in the area code for the cities you are interested in, in the area code box.
These suggestions may or may not help but they are worth a shot, since you are in a "TER wasteland area"

The other thing to know is that there are other review sites out there. TER is the biggest and most well known, but in some geographic regions of the country it is not well used and there are other sites that are much more popular. We are not allowed to mention names or give links to competing sites here for obvious reasons, but you might try getting creative with google searches, or someone might be able to send you info by PM.

Lstly, it is possible that you are not just in a "review wasteland' but a "provider wasteland." I am not familiar at all with your area, but there are areas of the country where good providers just aren't to be found. If that is the case for you, you will have to consider travelling to bigger more well known cities. Good luck in your search. Hope you find what you are looking for.
