Sounds like the typical low rent CL / Backpage special type to me. With these types, the first guy to show up with money "wins", and she does not book "in advance". She fucks and sucks and then turns the phone back on after the john leaves, invites as many guys over who call and sees the first one to hit the door. Then repeats the scenario.

Instead, tell Joe to shop for ladies who are

extensively well reviewed
who screen well
who schedule in advance
who insist on 24hrs notice before appts
who prefer contact by email or website form

Answer the phone until someone who they feel good about is coming over.

keep answering the phone and inviting "feel good" guys to come over because at that level of the game so many of them chicken out

the first guy who gets through to her that he is in the parking lot gets the invite

she turns her phone off or mutes it or ignores it once there has been an exchange of funds and she's comfortable with the guy

she sucks and fucks the guy and boots him out

then she turns on, unmutes, starts to answer her phone and repeats the process

She does NOT KEEP A SCHEDULE LOL - she does not check her phone messages. its first come first served all the day long til she quits for the night.

Its never okay to schedule another appointment at the same time.  If the lady got backed up (prior appointment arrived significantly late), its her responsibility to notify you and try and push your appointment back.  However, having someone drive over and then not answering the phone is rude unless an emergency occurred and she should communicate that as soon as she is able.
